Paul Lappas, GoGrid

Paul Lappas is a co-founder and VP of Engineering at GoGrid, overseeing GoGrid's engineering
efforts, technical operations, and the technology vision for the company. Paul was a key member of the
team that originally conceived of and developed the product concept, user interface, and architecture in
2005. Prior to GoGrid, Paul worked at ServePath, a managed hosting pioneer leading the development
of the dedicated server market. Prior to making internet infrastructure services available to the masses,
Paul was a Principle Engineer at portal software pioneer Epicentric, later acquired by Vignette. In the
distant past, he worked at the Motorola Satellite Group as an application engineer for the Iridium
satellite phone constellation, where he worked on a small team developing high performance search
algorithms to improve call quality. Paul received a BSEE with a minor in Physics from the University
of Virginia. |
