device	string	physical interface on which to create the VLAN interface
network	network	network to which this interface should be connected
VLAN	int	VLAN tag for the new interface

VLAN_TAG_INVALID	VLAN	You tried to create a VLAN, but the tag you gave was invalid -- it must be between 0 and 4094. The parameter echoes the VLAN tag you gave.
