We have secured a room block and discounted room rates of USD$170/night at this hotel. We encourage you to stay
at the Sheraton Hotel & Marina
to take full advantage of the conference. By doing so and by booking the hotel through the link below, you will
also help ensure that Xen.org does not incur any penalties.
- Reserve a room!
- Rooms must be booked before 17:00 PST, July 27, 2012. After the cut-off date, it is at Hotel's discretion whether
to accept additional reservations. Note that there is a limited block of rooms: they might fill up fast.
- Note for attendees of LinuxCon NA,
Linux Plumbers Conference or
Linux Kernel Summit:
XenSummit is at the same hotel as these events. To make life easier for you, we agreed with the
Linux Foundation and the hotel that you can use the booking link
for any of these events for your entire stay (the cost is the same). This way, you do not need to book
rooms separately for XenSummit and the Linux events!
- However, booking for your entire trip through the web interface will not work in all circumstances: it depends on room availability,
as well as the exact length of your stay. If there is an issue, please ring the hotel under +1 877 734 2726 and quote the XenSummit room block
and room blocks for other conferences as needed.
Program Management Committee
This year's Xen Summit Program Committee will be: David Nalley (Cloudstack.org), Donald D Dugger (Intel), Ian Campbell (Citrix), Konrad Rzeszutek Wilk (Oracle) and Lars Kurth (Xen.org).
Sponsors
If you would like to sponsor the event, please contact community.manager@xen.org. This year, we will not use
any income generated from sponsorship to pay for part of the event. Instead, sponsorship money will be used
for scholarships to enable community members to talk at industry events or to attend Xen events such as
Hackathons.

All tours include round trip transportation and will pick up from the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina. So Diego also offers a number of

If your partner/family would like to tour the area on their own while you attend the conference, here's a great
